Created a cost calculator for building code compliance going back through 1990, to assist neighbors in their documentation for insurance Ordinance & Law coverage while also showing net financial benefits of elective compliance for the new energy codes. 511 East Simpson, “facelift” interior remodel to a 1950 home in Old Town Lafayette, preserving the existing character and extending the life. 2017.

1616 Broadmoor Drive, gut remodel and addition to a small post-war bungalow in Austin TX, with special care toward healthy indoor air quality and non-toxic, sustainable materials, such as artisanal clay plaster wall finishes, and sound mitigation along a busy street. 2015. See photos here.

840,000 square foot campus for Advanced Micro Devices. Aide managed the entire sustainable design process and LEED Gold rating and provided community outreach presentations regarding local environmental impacts. Her work included providing substantial input in the design process from the very beginning during Programming and site design, production of specifications and building details, and assisting with construction administration. The green design boasts a 1 million gallon rainwater harvesting system, innovative ecological stormwater management system, and many other thoughtful green features.
